Skeleton Key Staff Conference 2011 – Customers Welcome

Skeleton Key will hold its 3rd annual Staff Conference during the week of June 13th through June 18th at our headquarters in St. Louis. Once per year, the Skeleton Key crew including sales, application development, admin, marketing, and executive management, come together from across the country for a week full of focused meetings to discuss company goals, productivity, customer service and growth opportunities. The meetings take place on- and off- site, and in a variety of forms – from office whiteboard roundtable discussions, to family BBQs, to target practice at the local gun range 🙂 Mark Richman, President, and Oliver Block, Vice President and Systems Analyst, agree that “it is no small decision to keep [our] team largely-offline for a whole week.” However, they also agree that bringing the semi-virtual team together, face to face, to “walk the walk” of professional development, is an essential part of Skeleton Key’s continued plans for growth and quality customer relations. Speaking of customer relations, this year we will focus on team-building and do not plan to have an office open-house. That said, we would welcome you into our agenda that week, at your request!
