Aggressive Hiring Initiative Successful for Continued Growth

Skeleton Key has made significant progress in meeting its hiring goals in Q3 with the addition of Eric Muschler, Systems Analyst, to the Technology Consulting division and Chris Schmitz, Junior Developer, to the Application Development division. Prior to joining Skeleton Key in August, Muschler gained over 10 years of vertical movement as an I.T. professional at various companies in St. Louis and Texas. He cut his teeth in the technical world of computers for over five years with the Missouri National Guard, St. Louis. “Since joining Skeleton Key, I find myself surrounded by talented, driven people, which is both humbling and exciting,” stated Muschler. Oliver Block, Vice President at Skeleton Key said, “Eric’s vast knowledge of network engineering and Windows system administration adds depth to Skeleton Key’s technical team. His exceptional troubleshooting skills are an exciting supplement to the mix of I.T. resources provided to our customers.” Chris Schmitz, an experienced Apple Certified Service Technician and Database Administrator in St. Louis accepted his position as Junior Developer in August. “I’m very excited for the opportunity to learn and expand my skill set. I thrive in an environment that is open to creativity. The culture of this office will be favorable to getting me up to speed quickly,” said Schmitz. “Chris’s education combined with his significant experience developing and maintaining FileMaker systems make him a valuable addition to Skeleton Key’s development team,” said Greg Lane, VP of Application Development. “We’re looking forward to working with Chris as he continues to hone his skills.” Skeleton Key launched its hiring campaign in March 2011, leveraging traditional networking and social media job posting sites. They also took their message to one of the largest industry conventions in August, the FileMaker Developer Conference 2011 in San Diego. “Choosing candidates that fit into Skeleton Key’s culture is something that we take seriously,” said Mark Richman, President. “We try to be patient and diligent with our hiring process. Skeleton Key’s low turn-over rate and positive synergy between our staff has brought increased productivity to the company and is something we are proud to sustain.“ About Skeleton Key Skeleton Key is an accomplished team of technology consultants who solve business problems.
